Bahay Kubo Housing Association is a community-based organisation with decades of service dedicated to providing safe, dignified and inclusive housing. Our work is grounded in community service and shaped by resident-centred, trauma-informed practice, ensuring that our tenants are supported with care, respect and understanding. Rooted in community-driven values, we draw inspiration from the bahay kubo (the Filipino nipa hut) which symbolises not only shelter but also a strong foundation for stability, resilience and bayanihan (the Filipino spirit of shared support and collective care). We work alongside tenants, partners and the wider community to help build stronger pathways for individuals and families across Greater London.”
